The Vision: Transforming an Open Backyard

Before this transformation, the home had only one outdoor feature, a pool. While great for summer days, it lacked the shade and structure for hosting gatherings or enjoying the outdoors comfortably. Our client wanted a space where they could relax, entertain, and create lasting memories with family and friends. That’s where we stepped in.

The Patio Design: A Stylish and Functional Retreat

We designed and built a stunning 37’x18’ patio cover. It creates a versatile space big enough for large family dinners, a cozy seating area, and a barbecue setup. Situated just steps from the pool, this outdoor living area seamlessly extends the home’s functionality. It adds the perfect spot for socializing and relaxing in style.

Key Features of the Patio Cover:

– Gable Roof with Hip Extension: The roof structure combines a gable style with a hip extension. This creates a beautiful polished look that blends seamlessly with the home’s architecture.

– Tongue and Groove Ceiling: The ceiling features a crisp white tongue and groove style, creating a clean and elegant overhead view that complements the patio’s modern feel.

– Modern Black Fixtures & Fans: To keep the space comfortable during the warmer months, we installed sleek black ceiling fans and modern light fixtures, giving the patio a contemporary touch.

– Texas Limestone Columns: The partial-height Texas limestone columns add a beautiful natural element to the patio while providing structural support and visual appeal.

– Concrete Flooring: Durable and easy to maintain, the concrete flooring gives this patio a solid foundation, ideal for hosting gatherings of any size.
