This Houston patio cover project was no easy task—but the end result speaks for itself. Our client had big dreams for their outdoor space. They wanted a covered patio complete with an outdoor kitchen, a seating area, a fire pit, a bar with seating, and a privacy wall. However, there were some serious challenges to overcome. Between building lines, easements, and an existing pool that already took up much of the yard, space was extremely limited.

Custom Design for a Perfect Fit

That’s where our experience and custom design process came in. We designed a uniquely shaped patio cover that worked within the tight constraints of the property. It’s not just functional—it’s stunning. The new structure makes the most of every available inch while still feeling open, welcoming, and comfortable.

Quality Materials and Beautiful Finishes

The patio cover features a tongue and groove ceiling that adds warmth and visual interest. We supported the structure with partial-height Texas limestone columns, giving it a classic, rustic finish. Recessed lighting was also installed to keep the space well-lit and inviting both day and night.

Even with the limited space, we created dedicated zones for each desired feature. The outdoor kitchen is positioned for easy access while entertaining. The cozy fire pit area offers a relaxing escape. The separate bar with seating adds a fun social spot. Finally, a privacy wall helps define the space while providing comfort and visual appeal.
